Our story is simple and straightforward. Housing and residence life operations need systems and functionality that is specific to the industry. Our founders were working in residence life and saw a need for a system that captured data from all of the processes. A system was built and has continued to evolve and grow over the last 20 years to meet the needs of the ever-changing landscape in higher education. eRezLife continues to build our team with residence life and housing professionals to ensure we understand the unique needs of the industry and can support the valuable work you do.

We take an asset-based, client-centred approach to support.  We want you to have a system that fits your needs and supports you where you need it. We can take your existing processes and forms and build your site from there. Alternatively, you can select from our templated processes and forms and start from them, editing to meet your needs. You are the driving force behind your site and you’ll learn how you can make all of the changes you need, without needing to rely on IT teams or tech support.

We are committed to delivering the best products and support possible.  We’ve worked with tight budgets in higher education and we understand that you’re using student money to pay for systems. Our packaged services are all inclusive – you have full access to the services that you’re paying for and can add as much as you’d like without worrying about additional fees.  You will not need to hire new technical support as the day-to-day functioning and editing of our services
