  • Student Conduct/Judicial (Residence or Campus Wide)
    It is crucial to document behavioural incidents in an efficient and effective manner that enables you to quickly synthesize data and generate timely reports. You can easily generate reports that delineate how many incidents transpired last week, last month, during the past semester, or during the past academic year. In addition, you are able to identify and categorize these incidents by type of infraction, campus partners involved, gender, faculty/major, building location, etc.

    These are just a few examples of the types of reports that you may wish to create. Because eRezLife is fully web-based, you determine the scope of your Judicial/Student Conduct process--residence wide or campus wide--depending on the nature of the incident. You can integrate various stakeholders across campus and even off-campus groups depending on your needs and the incident's impact.

    There are times when individuals are unable to coexist or successfully transition into a residence life environment despite attempts to assign students suitable accommodations and the efforts of Residence Life staff to build strong communities. eRezLife provides the necessary tools and features for your staff to manage conflicts that arise within the residence or campus communities. With our file upload feature, you can attach roommate agreements as well as other decision files to your documentation.

    Additionally, you can quickly generate custom reports that will enable you to view how many conflicts occurred during the last week, month, semester, or academic year. Furthermore, you are able to determine and categorize these conflicts by room type, time of year, gender, age, faculty/major, building location, etc. These are just a few examples of the types of reports that you may wish to create. Ideally, you will be able to prevent future conflicts by identifying, then managing, specific variables such as room type or configuration.
  • Student Interaction/Contact Reports
