“McMaster Residence Life has used eRezLife since 2004 and it has been an incredibly important tool in maintaining our consistency and enhancing efficiency across our system.  Having all reports centralized and archived from the initial incident allows any administrator to easily access information on a situation, student or trend.  In a residence system that has decentralized offices this customized access has been an important tool.  For our student staff who access everything from their computer, the ability to view program reports, which are searchable by any one of our programming criteria is important and in line with how these users access information in most contexts.
